We were denied check-in at 1030 pm and were told to leave the property. We have a paid and confirmed booking and had to struggle with finding an alternative accommodation late at night.

Good things first. Excellent location and jyoti at the reception is sweet in her demeanor. Bad. Food served as breakfast awful. Cold water in shower. No phone in the room. Overall experience is avarage. Jaipur has many better options.

We had taken breakfast in this package but there was no breakfast buffet. We had to choose from their breakfast menu one night before. Rooms were good. But we paid very high amount which was not worth it for that accommodation and facilities

Nice cozy place. Wonderful ambiance. Need to work on services. But overall very nice place to stay, specially if your plan is to explore the city and need a nice cute place to retire by the end of the day.

My stay was quite unpleasant due to various issues. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed and was not very attentive. Additionally, they were rude to our driver. The bathroom lacked hangers, which was inconvenient. There were delays in receiving services, and despite being told that room service was available 24/7, we didn't receive any service when we requested tea. The fan in the room was also initially not working. Overall, this was a basic experience, and i was not satisfied with my stay, despite the decent room setup.
